Everything is handmade in small batches, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. Personalised items can take a touch longer — they're worth it.

Digital items (templates and printables) are delivered instantly by email — no shipping at all.

If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Change of mind? Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days (return postage is on you). Personalised and digital items can't be returned unless faulty.
